CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later EST.
We reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone under the age of 25 years old or student groups. A valid credit card is required on-file for a security deposit on all rentals.
CHECK-OUT:
Check-out time is 10:00 AM EST.
No refunds will be given for early departures (should you find it necessary to leave earlier than your reserved departure date), for any reason including weather.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We can NOT accept personal, business, cashiers or certified checks.
DEPOSITS:
All reservations require a 100% payment of total rental charges and applicable sales taxes.
